How Asylum Works

From “I feel off” to a clear plan you can actually follow – in three steps.

At Asylum, we don’t throw random plans at you. We assess what’s going on, design a system around your life, then keep you moving with simple, weekly adjustments instead of constant guessing.

The Asylum Process in Three Steps

1 - Assess 🔍

We review your history, symptoms, and goals. For many people, that includes targeted labs so we see what’s really going on.

2 - Design Your Plan ⚙️

We build a personalized plan that can include coaching, IV therapy, injections, and supplement support

3 - Execute with Support 🧭

You get ongoing check‑ins, tracking, and clear next steps so you’re never guessing what to do next.

Step 1: Assess - understand what’s really going on

Your first step is a focused assessment, not a sales pitch.

We look at:

  • Your current symptoms, energy, training, and stress

  • Your goals around performance, body composition, or feeling better

  • Your real‑world schedule: shifts, kids, commute, training window

  • For many clients, targeted labs to understand what’s happening internally

Local vs. Virtual

Local to Voorhees, NJ:

We review your history, symptoms, and goals. For many people, that includes targeted labs so we see what’s really going on.

Virtual Coaching:

We review your intake, photos, training history, and any recent labs you have, then map out your first 8 - 12 weeks of coaching.

Step 2: Design - one system, not random pieces

Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy – their system fails. We fix that by putting everything in one place so you can just execute.

Your visible plan includes:

  • Custom training built around your schedule

  • Structured nutrition and food framework that fits your life

  • Clear weekly targets for training, steps, sleep, and recovery

  • Simple tracking so we can see what’s working

Behind the scenes we use:

  • Structured sheets for meals, training, metrics, and progress

  • A medical system for labs, IVs, and clinical data

  • A single view of your progress so each adjustment is intentional

Result: no more starting over every 2 weeks. One plan, adjusted as you go.

Step 3: Execute - weekly course-corrections, not will power

Once your plan is set, your only job is to show up and communicate. Our job is to track, adjust, and keep you progressing.

  • 1–2 week onboarding to plug you into our systems without overwhelm

  • Weekly check‑ins so we can review your logs, photos, and wins

  • Direct messaging access for questions and quick course‑corrections

  • For locals: options to layer in IVs, injections, and recovery as needed

We walk you through a few simple actions right away so you hit your first wins fast and actually use what you bought instead of ghosting it.

SECTION 6 – Your first 30 days

What your first 30 days look like

Subcolumns: Coaching vs. Optimization Visit

If you start with Coaching:

  • Week 0–1: Intake, consult, onboarding into training / nutrition system, first plan live.

  • Week 2: First full check‑in, early adjustments, quick wins (better pumps, digestion, or energy).

  • Week 3–4: Dialing in food, training, and recovery based on data – you’re no longer guessing.

If you start with Optimization Visit + Labs:

  • Before visit: Quick intake so we know what to look for.

  • Visit week: Labs, 45–60 minute optimization visit, personalized protocol, options for follow‑up.

  • Weeks 2–4: Implement the plan with the option to add coaching, IVs, or injections for more support.

SECTION 7 – FAQs (anxiety killers)

Section heading:
Common questions

Q: Do I have to get labs to work with you?
A: No. Labs let us be more precise, but you can start with coaching or IVs and decide on labs later.

Q: Do I have to be local?
A: Coaching is fully virtual. If you’re near Voorhees, NJ, you can optionally add labs, IVs, and in‑person recovery.

Q: Am I locked into a long contract?
A: No. You can start with a single Optimization Visit or flexible coaching. We reward commitment with better pricing, but don’t trap you.

Q: What if my schedule is crazy?
A: That’s who we built this for. We design around shifts, kids, and travel so the plan fits your actual life.
